Remi™ and the Personal Cyber Score · Cythentic, Inc.
Email is the way to reach us.
A person reads every message and answers. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and if you can, which device you were on. There is no phone queue and no ticket robot.
Getting started
How do I get my Personal Cyber Score?
Open Remi and tap Get my score. It is fourteen questions, about three minutes, all tap to answer. You do not need an account, you do not need to pay, and you are never asked for a Social Security number. At the end you get a number from 0 to 100, your band, and your top three gaps ranked by what moves the number most.
What stays free?
Your score, your band and your top risks are always free, and so is your first fix. Remi is short for remediation, which is the fixing, and the guided fixes are the part you subscribe for.
What does Remi actually do?
Credit monitors watch and alert you after something has happened. Remi sits with you and closes the gaps before it does, one fix at a time, in plain language. She works alongside whatever protection you already have.
Signing in
I did not get my sign-in link
Remi signs you in with a link or a six digit code sent to your email, so there is no password to forget. If it has not arrived:
- Check spam and any promotions or junk folder. The sender is Remi at cythentic.com.
- Make sure the address you typed is the one you bought with. A typo sends a real email to someone else's inbox.
- Wait a minute and request it again. Links expire quickly on purpose.
- If your workplace filters mail aggressively, try a personal address instead.
Still nothing, email us and we will sort it out by hand.
I have a new phone. How do I get my access back?
Sign in with the same email address you used when you bought, on the new device. Your score, your history and your fixes are on the account, not on the phone.
Household and family
How does the household option work?
A household covers the people who live with you. Each member can sign in with their own email address and gets their own score, and the family view shows the average alongside the weakest member, because the weakest member is what an attacker actually finds.
A family member cannot sign in
Members sign in with the email address you added for them. If you added them without an email, they use the device you added them on. Email us with the household owner's address and the member's name and we will fix the link.
Your data
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the side panel and choose Delete my account under Your Account, then confirm with your email address. That erases your score, your answers, your fixes and your history, and it cannot be undone. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
What do you store about me?
Your answers, your score, your progress and the email address you sign in with. Remi never asks for a Social Security number, and she does not need one. The privacy policy is the full account, in plain language.
Buying and refunds
Purchases are made on this website, not inside the iOS app. If you bought here, sign in inside the app with the same email address and your access comes with you.
Remi is a subscription, and you can cancel it yourself from your account at any time; you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. If you bought Remi before it became a subscription, you keep what you bought and there is nothing to cancel. Refunds and the detail of both are covered in the terms of service. If something is not right, email us before you go looking for a dispute form. We would rather fix it.
Reporting a security problem
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in Remi or on this site, email corey@cythentic.com with the words security report in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We will confirm we received it, and we will not go after anyone acting in good faith.
