Cythentic Cythentic

Terms of Service

Effective 13 August 2026  ·  Cythentic, Inc.

These terms cover Remi and the Personal Cyber Score, provided by Cythentic, Inc. We have written them in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, email us and we will explain it rather than point at a clause.

1. Who you are dealing with

Cythentic, Inc.
6230 Irvine Blvd, #160
Irvine, CA 92620
corey@cythentic.com

2. What you are buying

Remi is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel. You pay once and keep access.

These are early release prices. They are in US dollars and they will rise for future purchasers as Remi grows, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made. The price you paid is the price you keep.

3. What "lifetime" means

Lifetime access means access for the operational lifetime of the Remi product, for as long as Cythentic, Inc. offers it. It does not mean your lifetime, and it does not mean the lifetime of any individual.

We think the honest version of this promise matters more than a bigger-sounding one. So, concretely:

4. What a household covers

A household purchase is one household sharing one login. It is not a set of individual accounts, and we do not currently issue separate logins to family members.

The household plan is meant for the people who live with you. Everyone works from the same Remi account and the same history, the way a family shares a home network or a streaming login.

Fair use applies. Remi is powered by an AI model and every conversation has a real cost, so accounts are subject to generous usage limits set well above what a normal household will ever reach. We may contact you before applying any limit. Sharing your login publicly, reselling access, or using one household purchase to serve an organisation is not permitted.

5. The Personally Secured credential

The Personally Secured credential is not part of what you are buying today. It is not implemented, and nothing in your purchase depends on it.

We are describing it here so that the limits are clear in advance. If we ever release it, it would state only that specific controls were verified as of a stated date. It would not be a guarantee of security, it would not certify that you cannot be compromised, and it would not be a warranty, a certification by any standards body, or a substitute for insurance. Security drifts as you add accounts and devices, so any such credential would carry a date and expire.

6. What Remi is and is not

Remi is a remediation service. It helps you find gaps in your personal cybersecurity and works through fixing them with you.

Remi is not credit monitoring, identity theft insurance, a managed security service, or legal advice. It works alongside whatever protection you already have. If you need monitoring or insurance, buy those separately from a provider that offers them.

7. Refunds

If Remi is not useful to you, email corey@cythentic.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request.

After 30 days, we will still look at refund requests case by case, particularly if something did not work as described.

8. Your account and your data

You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keeping that inbox secure is important. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

You own what you put into Remi. We use it to provide the service and to improve how Remi helps people. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. We would find that hard to square with what we sell.

9. Acceptable use

We may suspend access for conduct in this section. Where we do, and where the conduct was not deliberate abuse, we will refund the unused value of your purchase.

10. Liability

We work hard to give you good guidance, but we cannot promise you will never be compromised. No security product can. To the maximum extent the law allows, Cythentic's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will email you before the change takes effect. If a change is one you do not accept and you bought within the previous 12 months, tell us and we will refund you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Orange County, California have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Contact

Questions about anything here go to corey@cythentic.com and a person will answer.
