Household and solo business groups run once a month and are kept small, paid in full at booking. Micro business is for teams of under 10 people, is scoped to the 263 lockdown steps, and is half at booking and half at the readout. Anything outside those steps is scoped separately as custom consulting. I take only a few of these each month, so each one gets my full attention.

Set before anything starts, so the work is about your security and not about the invoice.

1. Book a fit call

Thirty minutes with me. We talk about your situation and pick the right package. If it is not the right fit, I will say so and point you to what is.

2. We do the work together

On screen share, in a small monthly group for households and solo businesses, or one to one for a micro business, I walk you through each of the 263 steps and we finish it as we go, instead of handing you a list and wishing you luck.

3. You keep it secure

You get a written plan, a check-in a month later, and a clear list of what to keep doing. Every completion note says “controls verified as of” the date we finish, because nobody can honestly promise that nothing will ever happen.
